In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

uji77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with Clause 17. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an Account with uji77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy on behalf of any third party when registering or operating an Account.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of uji77 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment service providers, unless prior written approval has been obtained from uji77's compliance team.
• You must not have a previous Account with uji77 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement and to engage in online betting and gaming activities.

uji77 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or close your Account pending completion of any verification process. Providing false information in connection with any eligibility criterion constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate registration details may prevent us from processing withdrawals or providing customer support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. uji77 will never contact you to request your password.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify uji77's support team immediately via live chat so that appropriate protective measures can be taken without delay.

uji77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. We may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of your Indonesian residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account displaying your name and account number).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if required by our compliance team.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. uji77 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on deposits and to freeze Account Balances pending the outcome of any KYC review. Accounts found to be using fraudulent or falsified documentation will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

All deposits to the Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). uji77 supports the following deposit methods:

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from an account or payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account minus any applicable transaction fees. uji77 shall not be responsible for any losses arising from delays in third-party payment processing systems.

uji77 does not accept deposits made using credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in your Account's approved deposit options. Attempting to deposit via an unsupported method may result in the permanent loss of those funds, for which uji77 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the identity information on your uji77 Account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Funds resulting from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional compliance review.
• uji77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 60 seconds for e-wallet withdrawals and under 15 minutes for bank transfers. These are target times and not contractual guarantees; processing may take longer in exceptional circumstances.

uji77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where additional verification is required. In such cases, we will inform you of the reason for the delay to the extent permitted by applicable law and our compliance obligations.

uji77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Time Limits: Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused or unmet Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from your Balance at the end of the promotional period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified on each promotion's terms page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: uji77 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, low-risk hedging strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds cancelled and may be subject to Account suspension.

uji77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where required by compliance obligations.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules. Key principles that apply across all product categories include:

• Sportsbook: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are locked. uji77 follows industry-standard settlement rules for all markets, including bandar bola (traditional Indonesian sports bookmaking) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets). In the event of a match postponement, abandoned fixture, or other exceptional event, bets will be settled in accordance with our published sportsbook rules.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games are hosted by licensed studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined and settled in accordance with the studio's rules. uji77 is not responsible for disconnections caused by a Player's internet connection.
• Slots: All slot games use certified random-number generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

uji77 reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, all staked funds will be returned to the Player's Account Balance without further compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own identity or a fictitious identity.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Employing software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of the Platform or any game provided thereon.
• Engaging in "chip dumping" or any other form of deliberate loss of funds to a third party in a live game environment.
• Using the Platform to facilitate the transfer of funds on behalf of a third party.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting uji77's support team to resolve the relevant dispute.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the uji77 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the exclusive property of uji77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of uji77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uji77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from interruptions, errors, omissions, or delays in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party payment processing outages.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, uji77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the calendar month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uji77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All connections to the Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. • A Player provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Compliance with applicable law or regulatory guidance requires us to do so.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Balance (net of any Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to dispute) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Closing your Account does not release you from any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which uji77 is licensed to operate.

uji77 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent that the Platform or any of its products are lawful, available, or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your country of residence. uji77 makes no warranty or representation that the Platform is accessible or legally usable in Indonesia or any other territory; access is provided on an "as-is, where-available" basis.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved between you and uji77 through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. This arbitration clause does not preclude either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

uji77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — we will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by posting a notice on the Platform and/or sending an email to your registered address.

For minor amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates required by law with immediate effect), we may update the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
